Have joined them since 2019 and been enjoying their kickboxing classes. Their classes are dynamic and vary every week. Instructors were also professional and friendly, who knows how to cater to everyone based on their fitness level. There's also access to gym and shower facilities. A great place to go to if you are looking to try kickboxing or looking for a female-only fitness classes!

I wanted to try out kickboxing but was always intimidated by the boxing classes or gyms that were available. During a google search, I came across Active Zone. I feel Active Zone is a perfect fit for me because it is a womens only class and can learn kickboxing freely without any stress/feelings of judgement.

I have started my training with Val and Joel in late April and I absolutely loved each of my training sessions.
Val is a great instructor , she understands my needs and knows how to motivate me.. She will always plan what we were working on and varying the exercises each session to keep it interesting and challenging
I was surprised I would be looking forward to each session but I truly felt each session left me with a “Job well done” feeling.
